My creative self and my inner computer geek had often felt like they were fighting with each other. So I sought to develop a "musical computer-nerdy Theory of Everything" in order to attempt to unite these two seemingly opposing forces, or at least to create a space where they can play together for awhile. In this session we will learn to design instruments using SoX, the Swiss Army Knife of Audio Manipulation, and script it to build a custom sequencer that runs in the terminal!
